Thanks to the fitness instructor Elena Klevanova for her classes in CALLANETICS, HEALTHY BACK, and Slender FIGURE. As Elena explained, Callanetic is based on stretching and statistical exercises that cause the activity of deeply located muscle groups. Each exercise is designed in such a way that all the muscles of the body work simultaneously: legs, buttocks, hips, arms, shoulders, back and abdominals. There is not a single part of the body that was not included in the work. - The exercises themselves consist in taking the necessary position to work out the muscles in it for 1–1.5 minutes. From the outside it seems that this is quite simple, but in practice it turns out that at first, the muscles do not withstand more than 10-15 seconds. - There are no jumps and runs. Due to this, the likelihood of various injuries is reduced. A great advantage of using the callanetics system is that you don’t need to go to a specially equipped gym, purchase the necessary equipment, or special shoes. Thanks to classes on the callanetics system: - fat is burned; - metabolism is restored; - correct posture is formed; - body weight is reduced; - muscles acquire a "ballet" shape. 1 hour callanetics brings the body as much benefit as 7 hours of classical gymnastics or 24 hours of aerobics.
