Bus route 31. Today, 03/13/2020 the driver refused to say the name. They raised their voices, spoke rudely, asserted that I had not paid for the fare. He asked me to say my bank card number. Take action. I won’t leave this thing like that. I will complain further !! Shamed me on the whole bus, he did not talk, but screamed as not normal. Calling me arrogant.
