Falconry museum. Good interactive program for kids with real animals, incl. birds.

Wonderful place! We learned the secrets of falconry, got acquainted with proud birds. Time flew by not noticeably. Very nice hosts Konstantin and Alena. Konstantin tells interestingly and humorously. Even my 11-year-old son listened attentively. It is immediately evident that people live by this project.

Visited with the husband of the CSO in January 2020. What can I say? I think a lot of the fact is that when we returned home we almost unanimously said to each other: "I would go there every month!" The sensation when the falcon breaks into the air from your hand and when it returns to the glove, flapping its wings is unforgettable and indescribable. You can try to describe it 100 times, but it’s better to just survive it yourself once. We really liked everything. Konstantin and Alyona are really fans of their craft, Konstantin even somehow changes his voice when he starts talking about birds)) It was unusual and unexpected that the history of the falconry would be presented not in the form of a dry historical reference, but rather as a consideration of it with point of view of practical, political, social, spiritual. It was a discovery for us that falconry is a whole philosophy, a kind of. By time, the tour is stress-free, optimal for children from 7-10 years old. Yurts are very cozy, they really look like a nest or the sun)) Also a vivid impression for those who have never been in such a building. Now there still live goats, sheep and other animals with which you can chat. You can ride a horse (experienced riders can even spoil / slap under the supervision, depending on the ground, horses are steered and calm). But they want to tie up with agriculture, so keep this in mind if you are planning a trip. In general, be sure to visit this unusual "homeless museum", especially if you are interested in birds. Konstantin and Alena forces and grateful visitors, respectful of exhibits and birds.

We went to get acquainted with the features of falconry. We were met by people very interested in their work. They told a lot of interesting things with burning eyes. It's just that these people LIVE THERE in the literal sense of the word. Even the children listened to all the stories with interest. Of course, the practical component was. A bird of prey on its hands - but who does not dream about it ?! They held the birds and even hunted game in their hands, but it was very cool. It was interesting to both adults and children. I recommend to parents with children. There are only three such museums in the world. And only one in Russia. Hurry to visit while it still exists.

I liked everything very much. The owners are enthusiasts of their craft. The host spoke wonderfully and wonderfully. A lot of cognitive facts. And the fact that there is an opportunity to live chat and touch these proud birds))) and not only that is super. I was pleased that you can rent a yurt and barbecue and enjoy spending time in this wonderful place.
