I ordered a hookah in milk at the bar, the invoice amount does not correspond to the price. They wrote off 900 rubles, in the menu the cost of a hookah on milk indicated 500 rubles. I consider such a shortcut as unthinkable arrogance. My attitude to the institution has changed not for the better. The director of the institution wishes to pay more attention to personnel policy and the control of the work shift. Advice for the rest - be careful, check the calculation for the staff, because this is not a tip, but a mess.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday in this place. They called to clarify whether there is a cork fee and a minimum check amount for it. Received the answer that there is a fee, the amount of the check does not matter, no additional conditions were announced. Upon arrival, the waitress was informed that we had alcohol with us, and made a meal order for a decent amount. After some time, the administrator came up to us and informed us that it was impossible to drink with your own alcohol, the cork collection only affects banquets. After our words that other information was given on the phone, an employee who called the booking was called, who quickly said that he didn’t say anything and left. A situation has arisen: our word is against the word of the employee. The administrator categorically stated: I trust my employee more than you, I have a lot like you ... (we didn’t understand what this phrase is about). Our proposal to find a solution that will suit everyone received a negative response. Of course, after such an attitude, we had to abandon the order and leave, which spoiled the mood on a holiday. This institution needs to think about their reputation, not for nothing that a lot of negative reviews. The lack of loyalty and respect for the visitors, as well as the incorrect manner of communication of the administrator does not allow to put the score above 1. We will not come again and do not advise anyone.

Very good! The food is delicious. In the evening you can dance. The atmosphere is cool! If it turns out, it is always nice to go to a business lunch. The menu is varied and very tasty. The prices are very nice too) It happens that the waiter has to wait, but fortunately, apparently, they are struggling with it: we notice less often) by the way, it's nice to receive small desserts with a compliment, which is often the case)

If you came to a restaurant and asked to sit you down, the staff will first sit down their friends, relatives, colleagues, and then you, and it does not matter for them whether you came first or called in advance and booked a table ...
