Good afternoon! I would like to share feedback on the work of the company "Pizza World" in the city of Sarov. On Thursday, June 11, 2020, I ordered Set for you pizza and Caesar salad. The order was made at 18:30. After the order, the operator called me, clarified the details of the order and my address, and said that my order would be delivered within an hour. I agreed. Further, exactly TWO hours have passed! I could not stand it and called the operator, asked where my order was, the operator answered that the courier probably was not in time, then at that moment I saw through the window that an ordinary private car had arrived (it contained: driver, 1 person in the front passenger seat and 1 person in the back seat) and the driver came out with a box of World Pizza. As I understand it, after ringing at my door that they finally brought my order. The courier handed the box of pizza into my hands, the pizza was already cold. The courier did not give me the check and left. Then, I found that the courier had forgotten my salad, shouted at the window, as it turned out, the courier was deaf and dumb, he was called by people on the street. And the people who were in his personal vehicle handed over to the courier (in sign language) so that he would return and give me the salad. But, as it turned out, my salad was on his delivery list, but in fact he did not take it with him, FORGOTTEN. He asked to tell people that he would bring me a salad a little later. Another 1 hour passed, and finally the courier brought my salad, passing it to me through the window. Since I was waiting for him and saw through the window how he drove up, I live on the ground floor. In fact, I want to say: gross violation of delivery times - this time; did not provide an order check - these are two; brought cold goods - these are three; they didn’t bring the salad right away, and after another hour - it's four; a safe social distance was not respected by courier - these are five; there were strangers in the courier’s private car — six. In exchange, I was not granted any apology or certificates for free pizza, as in other self-respecting companies! As a result, I want to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service of the Mir Pizza company, and I intend to go further with this complaint (claim).

It was an unpleasant experience a long time ago, I ordered a set with wings, they brought it with nuggets. And today I order such a set again and the operator again asks, "Do you have the nuggets?" Heh. This is nothing, but the sediment remains. The courier without a mask, without gloves, did not greet or say goodbye. Pizza "for a beer." The potato is delicious. The wings that came all the same this time were raw. Enjoy your meal. Oh yes, I didn’t immediately notice that the courier from the delivery of 20p had appropriated to himself. Here are honest workers here "but all Russians with medical books"))

we make orders often, once we specially went to the restaurant hall to issue a card, filled out a questionnaire and everything was quiet, this issue cannot be resolved by phone. Mr. Sarov, they work badly!

We live in Mitino, for several years now we have been taking pizza here, to order and in the hall. At first they were in the Otrada shopping center, then they moved to the Ladya shopping center. The pizza is great, very tasty. There are always promotions. Most of all we love: pear-gorgonzola, hunting, 4 cheese and sea. Thank))))))

The dough is so-so, more likely for pies and not for pizza, in pepperoni not pepperoni but some kind of cheap sausage on the palate.
