A chest of drawers fell on the child, and they also got nasty on me for that. I decided to diversify my daughter's life (1.4 years old) and once a week take her to developmental courses. In the summer, only Talantika worked for such little children. We went to a trial lesson in a group with very young children, but after consulting with the teacher, we decided that the child should be taken to a group with children a little older. I'll make a reservation right away that all mothers need different things from classes. We have already gone to similar circles, so I have something to compare with. Classes are about nothing. Only if you want to diversify your leisure time and your child's. And so, you can go to Fix-price and Auchan, buy materials (which the club did) and work with the child at home. But, it will be in silence and the child, no one and nothing will distract. But, I myself went for it, so there are no complaints about the lessons. We went to the second lesson and decided to take a subscription. The smallest one is for 4 lessons. After the payment, it turned out that it was impossible to miss classes, only in case of illness and you had to charmingly walk twice a week. Okay, ok. The administrator is always sitting with a disgruntled face and there is a complete feeling that answering your questions is not his responsibility, and even more so. There was the third lesson, all the children were sitting at the table - they developed how it can be done at their age. There is a chest of drawers in the hall. On top of this dresser, moms put their handbags. On this dresser was our water bottle. My daughter ran to the dresser to get water. I followed her. She reached for water (he is not very tall), with the other hand, apparently, grabbed him and he fell. Pinned her to the floor. One of the mothers caught herself and helped me lift the chest of drawers, thanks a lot to her! I touched the chest of drawers: heavy and very wobbly. The teacher was not at all alarmed by this incident. As if everything was going according to plan. We went out the door so as not to interfere with the lesson and calm down in the corridor. The receptionist tried to calm my daughter with a toy. Here, again, everyone has a different approach to calming children. But, for me, distracting a child from pain with a toy is wrong. It is written in many books on child psychology and I agree with that. I managed to calm my daughter down. She cheered up, to my questions about pain, she said "no". Although, then her leg hurt for a week and still had bruises. After the class, neither the administrator nor the teacher asked how my daughter felt. There was no apology or empathy in the following days. We could not come to the fourth lesson. The daughter woke up with snot and coughing. I didn't want to put other children in danger. I decided it was better to sit at home. It turned out that in order for the lesson not to burn out, a certificate is needed, but 50% of the lesson will still burn out. Okay. Figs with him. I asked the administrator if they had screwed on the cabinets for the children. And there are many wardrobes there, I assume that nothing is screwed on and the room is generally unsafe for children. The administrator replied: "Our children do not study in closets." She answered with rudeness. And this review would not have been if it were not for this ending. Security at 0, customer focus at 0.
