The medical staff is quite qualified and diligent. But the rooms on the fifth floor are very cold. The bathroom is a combined toilet with a shower, which is made in the form of a drain in the floor. There is not even a shower. For some reason, during the coronavirus period, the practice of daily arrivals continues. Instead of everyone dropping in on the same day and leaving on the same day. At the beginning of the week, people call in for three days in a row. Naturally, no one keeps them in quarantine and they calmly mix with those already in the sanatorium. Due to the cold in the rooms, there is a huge risk of catching a cold. Also, because of the cold, the pool was closed for maintenance. The portions in the dining room are small (especially for men) and the food is often cold. For some reason, the tables at which Muscovites are served earlier and faster than those at which the victims in production from Ulyanovsk. The indicator of customer relations is toilet paper. Here it is simply disgusting quality, torn, quickly ends. The maids do not give toilet paper yet, as the caretaker (or whoever does it here) does not allow them. It's just awful! Did we have to take toilet paper with us from home? So why wasn’t they warned that it’s so disgusting here, it ends quickly and they don’t give a new one? Should guests humiliate themselves and beg for toilet paper? And this is during the coronavirus pandemic !!! The elevator works only from 8 am to 10 pm, often they strive to turn it off earlier. Despite the fact that the pressure measurement works from 7:00 to 7:40, that is, injured people have to walk up the stairs at this time. The lighting is poor. In winter, it gets dark early, and they also save on lanterns. In general, it is not clear how, with all this attitude, they managed to win the FSS tender to work with people who received industrial injuries as a result of an industrial accident. We'll have to contact the appropriate authorities about all this boorish attitude towards people injured at work. And don't forget to check your bed for bed bugs, especially on the second floor. Also, in violation of the GOST about sanatoriums, linen and towels are changed not once every five days, but every ten days !!! And this is when the coronavirus pandemic is declared! They also allow people to go home for the weekend and come back later. And who guarantees that they do not become covid contacts during this time? The dining room primarily serves Muscovites, thereby treating people from other regions rudely, although there are waiters.

Great sanatorium. Treatment at the level. The air is a miracle. I recommend everyone here to relax and heal.

This is not a sanatorium, but a prison camp. If I knew the rules in advance, I would never have gone there: 1. Cooking kebabs after 21:00 is prohibited. 2. It is forbidden to leave the building after lights out (22:00). 3. It is forbidden to move the tables for the convenience of feeding the child at lunchtime by the family. 4. It is prohibited to drive your car out of the parking lot at night. What is this secure facility ?! Employees communicate boorishly. The guards are constantly drunk. Apparently, all the staff are relatives of the director, feel their impunity and little power. It is a pity that such a soviet institution is located in such a beautiful place. Of the advantages - only beautiful nature - pine forest near a clean river.
