My son wandered a week or more for the lower tooth, and on the night before I found out that the standing milk was growing behind the staggering milk. The schedule on the Internet has looked or seen, polyclinic works on Saturday till 16.00. Before going to call 3 times there, no one answered. Arrived 12 was not yet, but I was told that the surgeon was up to 12 and he had already left. Come on Monday, there was an answer. I have three children, one of whom is 10 months old. And I do not have the opportunity to disengage every day. On the question of why the doctor went ahead of time and who does not give an answer, about the fact that the calls were not answered, too, no one can clearly say anything. I asked for a book of complaints - they said they did not. Question: what kind of institution is this ??? As a result, the surgeon left the clothes, agreed to accept us. But before that, I heard a lecture about what is being taken today with acute pain. And the fact that I called and no one answered at all does not take into account. That is, it turns out to be to blame that I remained-that I did not know about the fact that the surgeon did not work all day, but only until 12, and that no one answered the call, it's also my fault! From somewhere out of the corridor I heard in my address that I was an impudent woman. An inadequate man of 60-65 years turned off the light in the corridor and did not allow me to take pictures of contacts, since I was not provided with a complaint journal and I wanted to complain to the higher authority. In general, a complete trash. The only thing I want to say is thanks to the doctor (I do not know what the name is) for accepting. But in general, the attitude to visitors boorish! There was a feeling that I was not in a medical institution, but in some kind of a shopping tent in the bazaar !!! I would not want to be there again, it's better to pay for a clinic!
