This is not only mail, but queues in general. I put myself in the place of people who work at the post office, in stores, etc .... There are many parcels, letters, sales, payments, etc. at the post office. If one person makes a brain hard, and if a lot ?! Do you have to dance and smile? Yes, also if you constantly call the mail telephone, then there will generally be no time to work to answer everyone). Hence, they are rude). You have to be more tolerant.

In no case do not order a courier in this department .. The parcel will have to be won back. Delivery time is 2 days, but no one will hurry to bring it at the appointed time .. And only after a complaint and a call .... This is horrible. I knew I wouldn’t get in touch .. It’s not clear .. The courier from the branch took the package home, but doesn’t bring the addressee .. Why? Weird As for the notifications, it’s also sad. And small packets are constantly lost ... When will they already work in post offices ....

The electronic queue is really not a bad idea, but the queue itself is often large, especially when there are only 3 people working there, and there are 10 in the hall. Besides, my recent case comes from the Russian post notification application that the parcel arrived at 10 am , by 2 o'clock on the same day I go to the post office, wait for the queue, and when they check my track number and try to find it among the parcels, it turns out they were able to break through this parcel, but in 4 hours they could not unpack everything. Just was in a stupor and left, for which they are paid incomprehensible.

The most wretched place in the city, slowly, rudeness towards visitors, they work as it is convenient for them, and not as it should be convenient for other people.

They do not bring notifications about parcels, even if they are in the mail for 2 weeks, (I tracked myself) I'm not talking about parcels that do not return for more than 4 months because they are not tracked and supposedly I cannot force them, where can I effectively complain?
