I can not share! On June 24, I was at my usual training session at the Maxifit Sports Club in the city of Korolyov. (I have been visiting this club for two years now). On this day, the new on-duty trainer Ruslan Hasanov worked. His answers to a couple of my questions, and I was impressed that I needed this trainer! Tomorrow will be my 7th workout with Ruslan. And as a result I can feel the muscles work. And now I know how to feel the broadest! Ruslan helped me to understand my body better, gave me faith in my strength, emotionally supported me. (I have problems with my spine and joints.) Without a doubt, Ruslan has a talent of a trainer, has excellent baggage of classical and non-standard training schemes. And he is very pleasant in communication. Thank you to the club "Maxifit" for an excellent coach!

An excellent sports club that has existed in the city for quite some time. All the necessary simulators, qualified personnel and interesting people in training. And this is for a reasonable price. In terms of price / quality ratio - ideal.

Great club, nothing superfluous. All that is necessary for city life. And you can go to the pool yourself. 😀😁😉

A good, solid fitness club, small but cozy at home .. especially if you come in the morning .. there is everything! Except the pool. And a gym and a cardiologist room and for girls a room with different fitness things and a room with a punching bag for boxing.

The most affordable option (especially considering the stock), of the minuses - there are stuffy and periodically problems with sewers. There is everything you need for classes.
