We received qualified and high-quality assistance from these specialists. Dr. Ignatov prescribed competent treatment, which we did not receive by contacting the clinic in Korolev. Now we are being observed only in this clinic!

For a long time I have been treating my aunt in this clinic, she is a disabled person of the first group, after an ischemic stroke in her youth, a very problematic patient both in nature and in a bunch of diseases. But I want to convey my huge thanks to the doctors of the clinic, namely the neurologist Ukolov and the traumatologist Ignatov, they just put my aunt on her feet, there would be more such doctors!

Were at the primary appointment with a traumatologist with a 1.5-year-old daughter who received an injury to her right hand in the form of a dislocation in a small joint (dislocation of the radial head). The reception was carried out by the doctor Vavilin Stanislav Alexandrovich. After the dislocation was repaired, the doctor recommended applying a plaster of Paris to the forearm (we applied a polymer plaster of our choice). The suspicion immediately arose that this was pulling money, but since there was a chance that it was needed, they decided to bet. It was recommended to wear the plaster for 2 days, then remove it, check whether the hand is functioning normally and bandage it again using the same plastic plaster for 10 days. But after a few hours, severe redness and drops of blood were found on the child's handle along the edges of the bandage due to the rubbing of the skin by the edges of the plaster bandage, after removing the plaster, we saw numerous cuts and abrasions under it from the sharp edges of the plaster, around which the inflammatory process began. We removed the plaster. But it's scary to even imagine what could have happened in these two days, especially considering that the child cannot speak, and we would attribute her crying to the consequences of the dislocation. Moreover, Ibuprofen was prescribed at the same time 3 times a day! On my appeal to the clinic with the requirement to understand the methods of treatment used and the return of the cost of plaster (and this is 7 thousand rubles!), And the return is not the cost of admission, namely the plaster, I received a letter that the treatment methods meet the standards ... but we will return you get money for the plaster cast upon signing the agreement. I came to the clinic. The head physician did not even think to apologize, on the contrary, he uttered texts like "well, if you prescribe the wrong drugs for you, you will not continue to take them seeing side effects, and the child is small, he cannot say, because you are parents, you are responsible for him." but he offered to sign a document in which it was stated that "in exchange for a return of 7 thousand for plaster, we undertake not to disclose this situation on the Internet, in the media, and even, attention! in related conversations!" And it's not that they pay us compensation for the harm caused to the health of the child, but for a refund for a poorly rendered service! Whether it is worth trusting your health to this clinic is up to you.

15 minutes of waiting, I'm still 5 in line, and no one answered the phone !!!! What kind of medical care are we talking about !!! But advertising is rife!
