Great little office. In December I walked by and realized it was time to think about a vacation. Alexandra and Inna were able not only to tell me where you can fly by summer on selected dates, but also very carefully and carefully treated all my conditions from choosing an airline and airport to the view from my room. Everything happened in the best way. It is especially pleasant that throughout the period from the design of the tour to the return home, there was support on WhatsApp. Once again I felt on this trip how important it is to trust a reliable company. I was one of the first in our hotel who received information about an urgent interruption of rest and return home (Jordan, where I had a rest, closed borders) and the girls immediately informed how and when the amount will be refunded for unused days of vacation. Disgusting offices, good company tour operator. We chose a tour, paid, a few days before departure, received documents. And when you checked in for the flight, it turned out that the luggage was not included in the price of the tickets, and the agency didn’t even say a word about it, it’s just awful !!!
