We visited this institution on 06.12, on the repeated recommendation of friends. In fact, everything turned out to be not as good as it was described to us. Somewhere in the middle of the establishment, a waiter meets and indicates which tables you can sit at. Brings a menu shabby by time so much that it belongs in the trash. Additional New Year's menu is printed on A4 paper and placed in a crumpled file. Complete discrepancy between prices and attitude towards guests. An order was made. One of the soups didn’t feel very fresh, sometimes cold, sometimes hot, as if it had been heated in the microwave. There was no pizza on the Roman test, for which we visited this institution. Because they have run out of it. The Italian restaurant has run out of pizza dough. We found a hair on half of the dish. We hardly managed to invite a waiter. The girl took a plate of pizza to the kitchen. Further, through a small window, it was seen how she was talking with the man and after that he looked at us for a long time and intently. After 10 minutes the waiter returned with pizza and said that this could not be because in their kitchen "everyone is wearing hats or bald." The establishment did not apologize to us. After all that had happened, they didn’t eat anything. And we won't come again. Thanks for your wonderful service!
