She was a regular customer of the studio almost from the very beginning of the opening. Always satisfied with the service, the attitude of the management, the master, the price-quality ratio. Yesterday Olga V. signed up to the master. I learned that the master only does hardware manicure in the studio. There are no notes about this on the site during the recording. I only do classic manicure. For my lost time and an obvious defect on the part of the salon, the management offered me a 5% discount for the next session, which is equal to about 100 rubles. From the cost of the procedure. It is a pity that the once classy salon has turned into a standard salon with a consumer attitude towards the client and put on stream. And really, why do you need to keep loyal customers, if they always get new ones instead? Disappointment.
