The main thing is not to get to the post office during the period of mass payments of utilities ... You can stand in line for a long time. There are clearly not enough workers in the department. But the people working there are good professionals, competent workers. Unfortunately, the work schedule changes periodically, apparently due to a lack of staff.

Arriving in this building, you feel the whole identity of the scoop. Fragmented walls, a rotten ceiling, and most importantly, these are queues of 20 people and one working employee. Because of such mail, "pride" for our country is enveloped. (And if it is real, then it is not possible to be there. There is always a lot of attendants who have nothing left but to sit in line for 2-3 hours. One working employee, and if you're lucky, on some pre-holiday day, then maybe a second one will stretch to work, not stick into the phone.
