For two weeks from 28.07.2020, a registered letter with vital documents was in OPS number 12! There was not a single notice !!! From 03.08.2020 A day later she called herself, checked, answered nothing !!! What kind of work is this department ??? !!!

Good office, staff are polite. I happen a couple of times a month.

Please make all the electronic! There's constant swearing and confusion in the queues, and the queues there often!

When there are 15 people at the post office, only one window is open. Although the 2nd worker sits nearby and does other things. "Customer first" is not about them. And this situation is constant. None of my persuasions to open the 2nd window work.
