I bought a rabbit for the child in this evil store, after a month and a half, the rabbit's hind legs failed after the front ones, and after some time the rabbit was completely paralyzed and had to be put to sleep and all this happened in front of the child !!! In the vet. The clinic found out that the rabbit has a brain tumor and this means that the animals are not tested before being sold !!! And there is no guarantee that this will not happen to you! As a result, together with a pet, we got the experiences of the child and unnecessary expenses. I strongly recommend not buying a pet from this store!

Nice shop with good assortment. The sales assistant helped me a lot - Nikolay, if I'm not mistaken - he answered all the questions, helped with the choice, everything was polite and professional.

Really large assortment, there is plenty to choose from. High-quality feed, a variety of ammunition and toys are very pleased! Probably one of the largest zoo in the NSC (if not the most). You can buy food by weight. Also available for sale are the pets themselves, aquarium-as a separate section of the store. Of the troubles, the sellers really walk around chasing you (how many times I haven’t come here - it always has been).

We are getting ready to have a kitten and we went in advance to study the assortment. Such a variety of goods is not found in any pet shop in Chuvashia, there are a lot of feed brands that we have not even heard of, and we decided to feed the future kitten only with “holistic” and here it stands as just premium food in any other pet store. In Russia, in general, the service leaves much to be desired, but it seemed to be here in Europe. Before the trip, I read reviews about the store, someone mentioned obsessive sellers. I didn’t see anything like it, everyone is very welcoming and friendly, and they tell us everything very interestingly! I advise everyone;)
