Rudeness, bias and complete inadequacy of staff. I wanted to open a deposit for 2 million rubles, having previously selected the "tariff" on the site, I wanted a bank employee to decipher and comment on the formulations I did not understand. Based on a short conversation, it became clear that the bank employee did not want or did not know the answers, and he began to get annoyed with my additional questions. Having made a remark to her, the conversation turned into outright rudeness. I do not mention the name on purpose. Bend with staff like that!
