How are these characters (Kelly and Early) related to Yoshkar-Ola? Markelov, of course, a newcomer - he doesn’t care. Who approved the monument in the City Hall / City Committee for Urban Planning? Do we have Monaco subjects there? What are the goals of the installation of the monument? Why can not a monument be made to a national couple or, all right, to Peter and Fevronia?

To be honest, I still can’t understand how Count Markelov came up with such an idea. What does this person have to do with Yoshkar-Ola? Bad taste, and arrogance - all that dared to pay this bastard to the good inhabitants of this glorious city.
