Only positive impressions remained. The apartment is monitored and cleaned. There is no such grease as in hotel rooms. I think the price tag is low for such conditions.

The price tag was the best of all. So I stopped here for two days when I was here on a business trip. There is a network, a complete set for cooking, condo. It can be seen that everything is well-groomed, good repair, cleanliness everywhere.

Stayed here in the summer with my family for a day on the way to Kazan. We took a break from the road, slept in good conditions, walked along the embankment - beauty. Recommend.

We stopped in for 10 days, booked a month in advance. We chose it based on the presence of a washing machine and location - we needed to be closer to the hospital. The wife lived with her son for treatment. They took a bunch of food with them, they were afraid that there would be nowhere to store, but everything fit, the refrigerator is huge. The owner brought a crib especially for his son, so he didn't have to be crowded, we lived in comfort. As of the apartment - the photos are fully consistent, there is everything you need. the house is new, the entrance is clean. Of the small minuses (although it may not be a minus at all) - vigilant neighbors. On the first day at the entrance we met with the head of the house, began to ask questions about who we are, where we came from, for how long. However, no one else bothered. Now we recommend to all familiar mothers from our forum where to stay.

We came to Yo on business, stayed in an apartment on Proletarskaya. I liked everything, all the photos correspond. The bathroom surprised me with a large number of all kinds of shampoos and gels for every taste. it can be seen that the cleanliness of the house is being monitored. Received a set of clean towels, and even a sweet treat. Wi-Fi is available. It is a pity that they could not last another day, the next day was already taken. But still, thanks for the hospitality!
