This hotel felt like a trip back to the Soviet times. Depressing to say the least. It was clean though and it's probably the only accommodation available in Kozmodemyansk, so there's that.

Of the benefits - clean. The room has a kettle, TV, plumbing works, nothing flows. The polite staff. Hotel in the center of the upper part of the city. Cons - old furniture, repairs needed, musty smell, old windows, scary to open, hot water must be drained for a long time to get hot, the price for a room is 1800 rubles. There are few hotels in the city and there is practically no choice, so you can spend the night. "At Ostap" everything was scheduled for a week. There is no separate parking, but you can put the cars right next to the building. In the next house is a good cafe "Tangle"
