The quality of service in this institution leaves much to be desired. Patient admission began at 4 o'clock instead of 3. It is uncomfortable inside the clinic: the space is extremely cramped, there are no air conditioners and a normal toilet. I was booked for a paid appointment with a dentist-surgeon. He received me after 2 hours of waiting in line. After examining my wisdom tooth, the doctor said that they do not carry out such extractions in polyclinics and I need to go to a private clinic ... Bottom line: two hours of life wasted.

With acute pain and a swollen cheek, we sat for an hour and fifteen minutes. It's just in no gate! For that, for the observance of the presence of muzzles, everything is clear !!! There can be no question of keeping a distance !!! People in the clinic, like herring in a bank! What can you talk about ... a mess! Outraged to the limit.

There are doctors with a good attitude towards patients. BUT in most cases they look like meat and the attitude is the same. I do not advise you to sign up with Velichko. S. D.

I came with acute pain to the Lower tooth, the doctor Gurov without x-ray sent to remove the upper. After 3 days, the pain intensified. I came to the clinic, looked at another doctor and treated the lower tooth!
