It was necessary to order a bouquet for a friend in Yelets. The task is not an easy one, when I have never been to this city, you don’t know quality deliveries and are terribly afraid of being deceived. But not this time: I want to note not only that they were not deceived and delivered everything at exactly the agreed time, but also friendly communication throughout the discussion of the VKontakte order (and with meticulous people like me it is often very difficult). Never showed my indignation at the million of my clarifications! Thank you for the quality and professional work!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for March 8th. Communication with a VK employee is not very pleasant. There was a feeling that I was imposing on them with my order and they were absolutely not interested in ordering. "Thank you", "please", "all the best" never sounded. In general, the sensations are unpleasant, there is simply no customer focus P.S. the courier who brought the flowers was very polite - this is the only plus, thanks to him. But ... Flowers stood for exactly 2 (two) days !!! Usually chrysanthemums cost at least a week, but here only 2 days ((((((( In general, I do not recommend buying flowers here.
