The answer was allegedly written by someone that I demand a refund, on April 16, Sberbank canceled the refund operation, as a result I did not receive the goods yet, they promise that tomorrow the bank will return the money to them and they will give out the goods, how much I don’t know, but already trust the employees I definitely don’t advise, requests to connect with the leadership are ignored by any means ....
