The clinic had excellent doctors, a polite attitude to the people at the reception desk, which was relatively inexpensive. Making an appointment by phone is quite simple. Many times did blood sampling. Everything is sterile. When you put on new gloves, open the needle, ask about your well-being))) The test results come quickly to e-mail. In general, everyone is happy! I wish the center further success and development!

Today, calling the clinic at 12.30, I asked for an entry to the ENT department, the girl answered yes there is 16.30, they asked for the name. I arrive earlier by 16.15 I was in the clinic, I go to the reception desk, I called, it is recorded at 16.30, the girl looks at me and says, and you are sketched on June 13th. I have 😲 shock ... as I say why you didn’t say that when I called, I said today. These flowers were .... Since I arrived 40 km away, I asked maybe then to the therapist, they told me to sit down, they decided for 45 minutes, then they invited the therapist to the first office to the doctor. The doctor took the picture in my hands, said I don’t understand the pathology ENT, looked at my appointments by another therapist, said yes it all went there, then the phrase can go to the cashier turned me into even more shokk .. At the cashier they took 550 rubles from me for a full reception and examining a question for which the doctor didn’t do anything, for entering the office 😦. I am terrified !!!!!
