Today, 08.16.20, I came to the panacea clinic to take a covid test (for work). Three times a week I called and asked: about the issuance of a check, a contract, a copy of a license (for a refund), the receptionist assured me that they would give everything and the test would be ready on the next day. day ... I arrived earlier, waited for the opening, I go to the reception, and the employee tells me that the test is in two days, okay, it's tolerable, I asked about the check, the contract, a copy of the license, for which the employee said at the reception that the they do not exist and therefore do not have the opportunity to issue a copy !!! It turns out that they deliberately deceived me, assuring me that they would issue all the documents. And how is it that they work without a license? They collect loot by giving out obviously fake certificates! A shameful sharashka! BOTTOM! I thought that there were no such offices left! Wrong.

On November 6, 20, we applied to this institution for the first time ... hmmm, if in short, it's a sharashka - BOTTOM! I will never advise them to anyone. It would seem that taking tests and doing an ultrasound is like a standard procedure, but no! For them it turned out to be an unrealistic task ... At first I wanted to describe in detail, but then I decided that this institution did not even deserve a normal review ...

Horror! Dirt, rudeness. Staff in greasy robes. They don't really explain anything. They talk through their teeth. They drive black cash, without checks and contracts.

Now there are a lot of similar clinics in the city, but it is difficult to find a place where all the doctors are good and at the same time the prices are quite reasonable. I constantly go here for an ultrasound scan, I have been consulted by various doctors, no complaints.

The reception of clients at the clinic leaves much to be desired, I understand that now there is a pandemic all over the world, but this does not mean that at the entrance you have to run over and talk to people who enter, who can become clients of the clinic, as with subordinates in the field. Very rude and not very polite
