Today, 07/29/2020, I called the registry in order to make an appointment for the child to see a doctor for a consultation: check the condition of the teeth (besides, a tooth began to climb from the gum towards the cheek at the top) and get recommendations for further action. I was interested in the question of whether the teeth need treatment. I got through to the reception immediately. She told the girl the reason for her call. She suggested that I could drive up with the child today from 13:30 to 18:00 (and warned that the office would be closed for dignity treatment from 16:00 for half an hour) to the doctor on duty and get advice on a first come, first served basis, and that I don't need to sign up. We arrived with my daughter around 17:00. We went to the registration desk and sent us to room 14. I filled out the consent to the processing of personal data, went into the office. The doctor asked his daughter to sit in a chair and asked what she was complaining about. The child said that "Nothing bothers her." And then I was struck by further communication with the doctor and nurse. He asked with a disgruntled interrogative tone, "Why did you come then?" I explained to him the reason for my visit (CONSULTATION, and that our tooth is growing crooked, and the old one has not fallen yet). He naturally quickly removed our tooth. And then it started. An indignant, displeased tone and a whole parable. "You do not have acute pain", "I could not accept you - REFUSE", "You must make an appointment", "And come by appointment and at the time of your ticket." He said that the child needs treatment, but did not receive a detailed answer. Neither the doctor nor the nurse saw Bejika their names either. I was shocked by their behavior and communication. I returned to the reception, told the girl that we now need to make an appointment for treatment. To which she muttered to me they say in the lobby of the infomat sign up. To whom? And she left with a spoiled mood and with her own opinion about this clinic. DEAR DOCTORS of this polyclinic. You have chosen your profession yourself! Nobody forced her to choose you at gunpoint! And I don't understand your expressed dissatisfaction! (Maybe a low salary or a heavy duty schedule, maybe because they didn't create the best working conditions for you). But the Patients are to blame for what? If something doesn't suit you, then it's time to think about WHAT exactly? And understand that you came to this on your own thanks to your choice.

Yesterday I turned to this pediatric dentistry with my 9 year old son. His tooth was bleeding without glossing ... Since the doctor cannot accept without a ticket, they took a ticket at 16.40 (they arrived at the clinic 13.40). We went into the fifth office to the doctor of the TOP CATEGORY Kochankova Natalya Vladimirovna. According to the coupons for these watches (I mean 13.40), there were three further. We sat .... After there was nobody, I went with my son into the office and asked the doctor if she could accept us now ?! She did not even look her son in the mouth! She began to show me how many cards she had and how busy she was! And the nurse who was sitting next to me said how free time they will have. They MAY BE will take us! As a result, we sat for one hour and forty minutes, we were not accepted !!!! I am addressing this DOCTOR with a capital letter !!!! You work in CHILDREN DENTISTRY !!!! You have no place there, if you treat children like that!

We tried to cure a tooth for our daughter (3 years old) in this clinic, got to Borisova, did not know how to deal with children at all, talked irritably in a raised tone, eventually kicked us out the door, said or persuade or leave, I had to leave ((

Awful !!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT ADVISE AN ENEMY came to remove the tooth in the first place and so scary so also the herurg naral !!!!! EVEN 1 STARS BUT NOT LESS

Terribly ill-mannered nurses from the registry. HAMKI! Especially one who speaks with a country accent. She uses profanity and does not even listen to her interlocutor. Why are such people ill-mannered, incompetent, illiterate in this clinic. WHERE DOES I SEE THE MANUAL?
