Minus one star is the lack of its own parking (it is there, but in common with the shops that are nearby, so everything is packed during the day) a good and inexpensive dining room inside ... there is a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator Another minus is the poor cleaning of public places and they have not cleaned the room even once in 4 days ... I recommend it, if these shortcomings do not bother! P.S a very hearty breakfast is included in the room rate)))

Very good, quiet, although the ring road is very close (which is also a plus - you can leave quickly). Nice, caring staff (to the extent that they offer to rearrange the cars closer, under the watchful eye of the camera). Breakfast in the dining room with four positions, but not very tasty.

Pros: inexpensive, breakfast included, clean (for 4k), change linen and towels, there is shampoo and shower gel, wifi is good, air conditioning, there are paid ones in the lobby: water, beer, energy drinks, a coffee machine, free parking, friendly staff. Cons: location (outskirts of the city, but a taxi to the center - 110 rubles), food is prepared without a soul, shampoo gels are not put every day, but on demand, thin interior walls (high audibility), there is no refrigerator in the room, but you can put in the service room, which is located in the utility room, the morning starts early in the yard (it is better not to open the windows), do not expect a view from the window. In general: the impression is normal, but for pleasant walking trips it is still better to stay in the center, Spring is more suitable for spending the night for those who travel by car in transit ... I think it was built with this idea (at the entrance to the city)) ...

Perfect place! We drove along the Don-4 highway. We needed an overnight stay for two. Pre-called directly to the hotel. We were offered a choice either for 2600r. with "amenities" in the room, or for 1700r. with "amenities" on the floor. Several kilometers away from the highway to the town of Yelets, then I had to wander around the city that was absolutely extinct at 23 at night ... And here we are. Refined interior with solid furniture. Large mirrors. Clean, beautiful, welcoming. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There are also single rooms (1300r), there are triple rooms - with a double bed and one separate, or with a bunk bed. There are washing machines and a refrigerator on the floor. Some rooms have kettles. In general, everything for a comfortable quiet cozy rest. Five plus! We'll come again 🤗
