Manager Maria Savenkova has no idea about the technical characteristics of the car. To the simplest questions, what does this button mean in the instrument panel, in response they heard only a long moo and an inaudible explanation. After long attempts to explain and talk about the technical characteristics of the car, another manager was invited, who allegedly turned out to be a manager with Lexus. He explained plainly and clearly that I didn’t understand anything at Tayote, I was mainly about Lexus. And to our question, what about us? We were told that there is a car passport, and read everything there, that is, you will find answers to all your questions. After a "legible and understandable" story about a car, we sat down and went home with a "calm mind". There was no talk about any promotions and gifts for the client, although the car was purchased for 5 ... more than millions of rubles. Nobody even offered a cup of coffee when meeting clients from another region .... Service is zero !!! Knowledge of cars manager-zero! In general, the impression is not satisfactory !!! This dealer center will not consult your friends and relatives. Advice to managers to think about the professionalism of employees and their attitude towards customers.
