The whole rotten (or rather, absent) elets service was opened to me in this institution! Booked this sauna to arrange a feast for their husbands on February 23. The jacuzzi got in only an hour, at room temperature. We are trying to collect the declared boiling water in a bucket - cold water! At this time, I tried to take a shower - the same story. We call the administrator girl. He goes with the words, "there were people before you, everything was ok! Wait, maybe it will go hot." With her Jacuzzi, she was offered to completely merge it and try to re-type it. Bottom line - my husband sits for 2 hours in clothes, since he does not steam, he is waiting for a jacuzzi, which has not been typed and has not warmed up. After the steam room, we can’t wash ourselves normally in cold water, everyone is angry, because they didn’t plan such a vacation at all - they didn’t take a child well - I would sit for 2 hours to cook! As a result, they decided that sitting there for three hours was not an option at all, as the girl was informed about, they say, please return the money for the jacuzzi and for the unused hour. To which we were told with such reproach, "but you booked for three hours! How is this so ?!" Instead of an elementary apology (I'm not saying that in a normal institution they would have offered a discount because of such overheads!), The money for an unused hour was returned to us with such discontent, as if we were the enemies of the people! After that, the girl began to hurry us in a pointed manner, although we already dressed, with the words: “free the room, your 2 hours left, people here want to move from the second department to me”. Although, at the same time, she had not even removed the steam room for us (i.e., this was done on purpose, if only to somehow have fun!). The holiday was ruined. I used to go to this sauna, everything was ok, but after today's incident, I definitely will not go there anymore. 800 / hour for washing in cold water is somehow too cool.

The first time was in the sauna ... The class I liked everything .. My husband and I ordered an hour, then extended for another hour. The staff is nice. Before that, they read a bad review, they were very worried ... In vain they experienced everything just cool !!!!!

I was there several times with friends. The only thing + is that it is not far from the center. The pool is cold, the jacuzzi does not work constantly, the room is dirty and full of unsanitary conditions.
