Service is simply none. We ordered a bath and agreed with the administration that the payment will be on arrival. We come with things, in a taxi, and the woman did not let us in, supposedly, there was an error and people are already resting in our time. She slammed the door in front of us and frantically began calling the nearest free baths. After 20 minutes of useless search, we left, and did not wait even for an elementary apology. Shame, do not know how to communicate with society, do not conduct business related to people.

Great place. Cleanliness at 4 with a minus. For a big company.
