Disgusting. Under the apartments there is noise from the basement, sound insulation is zero, everywhere there are cracks and blowing, the floor screed is poured out of some kind of dry mixture that, when poured with soil, does not curve the walls. Cheap windows all break, from under the rubber bands, there is even a draft from the sockets.
