Requests that are part of his duties were fulfilled silently, reluctantly and unhurriedly. That I didn't want to ask anything at all. We felt superfluous at our holiday. The kitchen was closed to us, we were offered to wash the dishes in the toilet on the first floor, without any detergents. Toilet paper was in limited quantities, everyone bought it themselves. All toilets cannot be locked, locks do not work !!! The room on the ground floor also does not have a lock on the door. Rooms are rented without bed linen, if you want linen - pay. In the room on the first floor, after 12 at night, our "neighbors" from above were constantly screaming and interfering with sleep, the four of us had to huddle in one room on the second floor, it is the most decent (if you do not take into account that a stranger Alexander is sleeping through a thin wall). That very Alexander, according to Yuri, had to close in his room and go out on our call to open / close the door, etc., but no, the man constantly went out to smoke on the porch, the smell of cigarettes was heard all over the first floor. Alexander's door was constantly wide open. that's why we crossed paths every now and then; only the bathhouse attendants are allowed to use the kitchen. When I asked to connect us to music on their equipment, or at least tell us how to do it, the man gave me the remote control and said: "everything is there ..". Steam room, by the way, is paid separately from the entire amount. They called the owner, he promised to figure it out, as a result, the kitchen was opened when we had already washed the dishes in the toilet. Everyone was in a bad mood. Carry out a lease without any contract, zero documentation. But the end of this lawlessness was that when we tried to leave the parking lot, the bath attendant Alexander opened the gate and poorly secured one gate, which hit the car door at the exit and left a deep scratch. When they tried to demand compensation from Mr. Gloveli, they were rudely sent in broken Russian.
