I was asked to hand over the mortgage payment documents. Photocopy the document. There is one office, there were 5 people in the queue in front of me, they took one person for an hour !!! I asked if someone else could do it, they refused me everywhere, although all other offices were free. I was very late for work and did not wait for my turn Maybe it is worth opening an additional office so as not to make people wait for hours ?!

The staff is excellent, the leader is above all praise. Always clean, consultants smile at the entrance, no negative. Service is conducted in different directions, physical and legal persons, VIP clients, mortgages. It seems to me that in one of the branches of the city there are not so many directions simultaneously. Thank you for the team's well-coordinated work and attentiveness. The highest score is the minimum, how you can evaluate the first additional office.
