The seller herself took the wine to the cashier, broke and announced the price. I paid, and at home I found that the lid in the wine was broken, it’s obvious by eye that the damage was not less than a week and the packaging of the neck also had impact defects. There was no cork, so the open wine turned sour for a while, which confirmed its nasty sour taste. I can conclude that not a conscientious seller initially seeing the broken integrity of the product packaging put it on the counter, and then also provided the Buyer with a concealed defect for sale. That speaks of the lack of DECISION and professionalism of the sellers of this store. The evening was ruined ... I hope the sellers of this store get what they deserve in life for their integrity, even if in a different way in life. You must always remain a person, even if you work for another uncle! Sellers refused to return money for defective goods. I won’t sue for a bottle of wine, but I won’t come to this store anymore - I don’t advise my friends! So treating your customers-buyers is not acceptable !!!
