On the phone and in the commercial department they answer to wait for a call from the trainer, who should write it down, but there is no call. Today I called the commercial department, asked for another coach, again they said to wait today during the day, and if there is no call, give feedback. The coach did not call, I inform about it half an hour ago by phone - they ask for my number and say that the manager will call me back literally within 5 minutes. There is no call again. Just get bullied

I have been going to Sofia for the fourth year. Before that I was in Prague and Fucik. It's much better here. The room for group classes is much larger, the pool is good, the bath complex is wonderful. Always clean. The trainers are competent. The administration on controversial issues goes to a meeting.

I visited everything well at 21:00, few people, they don't even rent towels, apparently because of the pandemic, the sales department is very friendly and helpful.

My favorite fitness club. A large swimming pool, a lot of fitness equipment, several rooms for group exercises. Competent trainers, cleanliness, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and Turkish steam room, two showers for women. A very comfortable place for sports and relaxation of the soul. I recommend my 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
