From a wonderful place for quiet outdoor recreation it has turned into a mecca for a collective farm and a kindergarten at the same time. The audibility in the rooms is really outrageous, most of the guests bang their doors in the morning to emphasize that they are finally on vacation and woke up; shouting with their children across the entire corridor. Rough children are 90% of the children present here. If you decide to come for silence, do not come: in the morning you will be woken up by either a noisy grandmother, or the screams of children, or a children's animation will finish you off. The noise will be heard in any building, in any room, even in a suite with a sauna. The question is just what is the loot? The hotel management is not able to single out at least one building, in which the accommodation of children will be prohibited, because it works for the clientele. And the modern client of this hotel has changed a lot these days. We went here for many years, but until the policy of the hotel changes, we will not go again. P.S. at the same time, there are no complaints about the staff, they are trying.

Small rooms with cardboard partitions, terrible audibility, wi-fi only in the lobby, all that is heard in the room, in the mornings the doors slamming and the screaming children scampering, no rest. In the restaurant "for matches" we took only pizza, it was delicious, but to catch the waiter, the whole quest, pizza both times waited more than an hour and a half. The price tag on alcohol is unbelievable, bottled beer, which we bought at a supermarket in Roshchino for 49 rubles, costs 200 !!! They take only evidence. In the dining room they chew with portions. I liked the territory and children's animation, the pool and the zoo.

We arrived a little earlier, decided to pay for the grill. For 800 rubles, they did not provide almost anything - they provided a crooked brazier, without matches, lighting and skewers. It was already dark outside, which made it extremely difficult to string meat on skewers, we cut ourselves a couple of times. 800 rubles for 3 hours of use, what did you pay for? Further, our breakfast was also paid for. Coming to the dining room, food was divided into paid and “free for those who paid,” that is, coming to the checkout, we were told to pay for some items from above. And it was initially unclear what was paid for what was not. The food there is at the level of the school cafeteria - hodgepodge, steamed cutlets, etc. ... no service. The interior of the room and the dining room resembles the times of the scoop, the feeling that you have not been in a hotel, but in a children's camp. Everything that was said here in other reviews, however - screaming children at night, the ability to pay everywhere only in cash, etc. Everywhere you have to pay in advance, there was a feeling of distrust of the hotel towards customers. They save on everything. When we booked a room, they said that there would be five of us, when we checked into the room - everywhere everything is supposed to be for two people. The value for money is incomprehensible, all of the above went to us for a healthy sum. Highly not recommended.

From a cozy quiet hotel, the place turned into a pioneer camp only with parents. It is no longer possible to come here and sleep, even in the middle of the working week. Will wake up or children's animation outside the window, or a child's scream behind the wall / in the corridor / on the next balcony, or the loud speech of ill-mannered parents of these children, or slamming doors by both. The level of the contingent has dropped dramatically lately. This is very clearly visible to the naked eye by the way guests behave and the level of parked cars. If you tell the staff about your wishes, they answer with a sour face: "Where should we put the children?" Apparently stumbled upon a classic mother woman. And there is no need to put the children anywhere, leave one building quiet, for those who appreciate quiet and sound sleep on vacation, including in the daytime.

We visited the bar today with "matches". I did not like it, in Caesar there is one Beijing cabbage, only 2 slices of tomatoes, 5 shrimps, 4 crackers, and a bunch of cabbage. Barbecue brought ice and tasteless, cucumber and tomatoes were clearly not the first freshness. Grilled vegetables are not finished. There are no questions about french fries, only I asked her for a barbecue, but they brought her much earlier. Croutons were completely without garlic. In a company of 4 people, nobody liked anything. The service is terrible, I had to get up and go to the bar to ask our waiter to call (I didn’t come to us at all, although we were alone in the hall, then a couple of tables came, and they couldn’t get her too). The account waited more than 30 minutes. We were very dissatisfied.
