Good day! The office is just awful with its service. The staff is not competent in many matters, rude and absolutely not polite. You have to go to the central office and solve all the problems there (it’s good that at least there are qualified employees who can help in solving any problem). The work of the terminals also leaves much to be desired ... one or two almost always works, today, for example, one terminal worked for receiving cash, while the rest did not even have any announcements of problems in work (in other matters, as always). I stood in line for almost 20 minutes, then they told me (more precisely, I asked myself) that a fee of 10 rubles is charged when paying a fine, I went to exchange a coin for a paper bill, the exchange is made, only in the fourth window. After standing in line I was exchanged. I returned to the terminal, the consultant smiling: “Oh, and you have a commission of 20 rubles. ... "What made her smile like that? What I need to find another trifle, defend the queue at the cash desk, change the bill and again defend the queue at the terminal? How can only one terminal for receiving funds work throughout the office? Why bank employees cannot at least hang up signs about malfunctioning terminals and ATMs. Yes, and somehow strange when the malfunction almost every day ...
