This is not a bank but a waste of time. The cashier serves one client for 40 minutes, so if you have a line of 3 people in front of you, you’re hit. Staff as a selection from the movie "dumb and dumber"

Max service for one star. I wonder why the staff are recruited in this department? I could not even make a printout of the payment schedule for my mom. Constantly referring her online (yes, we can use the application!), But we needed a printout. As a result, she was exiled to print at work !! In St. Petersburg she was previously printed without asking questions. They said that you need to leave a special application. What is the general application, if all the information is available even in the online application ?? We will never return to your office again.
