I give you such an assessment because for solving a simple problem: I replenish my card account with cash very often I have to go to neighboring departments, which sometimes also do not work !!! What is the problem of installing more cash-in ATMs?!? Or maybe you are so rich that you are not interested in money?

The worst bank. Very long service. The simplest operation, which takes 5-10 minutes in another bank, stretches here for at least half an hour.
