Disgusting bank branch, incompetent employees.

Disgusting !!! Slow!!! Operators do not want to work at all!

The bank itself is reliable, one of the largest in terms of capital, but the level of work with private individuals is low. I have long heard from many of my friends negative reviews about the work of the bank, and now I have come across it myself. Our organization was transferred to a salary project in PSB and immediately problems began with receiving plastic cards, issuance took place without prior notice, people came several times to promises that everything was ready, but in the end they left with nothing and wasted their time. Service in this office takes place without an electronic queue, which creates tension among visitors, the staff is not friendly. And inside the situation, as if it were a post office, not a private bank. I do not like the bank services themselves, they are not convenient. To withdraw cash, you are faced with the problems of the lack of ATMs. In general, I would not advise working with them, unless of course there is a choice).

The bank itself is not bad, I have been using it for a long time and so far I am satisfied. Namely, this department is just awful. There is no electronic queue, the service speed is very slow (even if you have one person in front of you, then you can wait 10-15 minutes).

Often the ATM does not work!
