I put one on the basis that the bank does not comply with the Federal Law on advertising and persistently spam calls.

12/02/2019 waited in line for almost 2 hours, in the end did not wait and left. No more foot in this department and most likely in the bank itself

There is no worse! They suggested concluding an absurd contract. And when I refused to conclude it, they insisted on signing the agreement "closing the service agreement"! Lost an hour. Bank in your pocket an empty hat!

They change the terms of contracts without notifying the client and then shrug.

Very slow service, the queue to the cashier more than an hour.
