Thanks to the manager Natalia, who was imbued with my problem and solved all the questions in exactly 6 minutes. The problem was the following, the courier delivered the card but not the one he ordered. The documents were sent to the post office later than the registration and the error, respectively, I noticed later that the card was paid and a grace period of 56 days, instead of the one I ordered where there is a free issue and a grace period of 90 days. It is very valuable when employees without unnecessary emotions can quickly solve your problem, such is Natalya 5+ !!! Thank.

Disgusting office. I came for a currency exchange, the khabalka at the checkout did not even examine the bills, immediately threw them on the table and said that "she ALREADY sees that they are all yellow and dirty." I did not inspect a single bill. There is probably no desire to do the work. In another branch of the same bank, the girl examined everything and selected the bills that she accepted. I suppose Mrs. Habalke was just a mess. I do not recommend this department if you respect yourself.

Good morning. On May 18, I was deceived by your operators and disoriented by the courier who brought me a credit card. Namely, the operator promised one approved limit, in the end it turned out that the limit is completely different and other conditions for working with your bank. On the same day, I applied to the bank's branch at the address: St. Petersburg, Grazhdansky av. 121/100. Where I asked to close this card, I made a payment for using the credit history bureau to use the bank to study my credit history. After that, I received incomprehensible SMS messages from your bank, starting from the new ordered credit history (paid), although I did not make any payments like requests, ending with the fact that on September 19, I received information about the debts on my credit card, which had long closed. On the phone the operator said that the card is not closed and advised to apply to the bank branch, which I naturally will not do, as I already did 3 months ago. I have all the documents that the card and account are closed. I ask you to understand the situation in the shortest possible time. Otherwise, I will also be compelled to file a complaint with Bank Vostochny for the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor), the Prosecutor's Office and the law enforcement bodies of St. Petersburg. At the same time, I reserve the right to disseminate information about dishonesty to Bank Vostochny in the mass media and the Internet.
