the staff were very kind, and this place can educate you a lot on Pushkin's life. you will be able to see his handwritten work and illustrations, along with his old furniture. I have lived in Saint Petersburg for almost a decade now, and it was very interesting to learn about the culture, and go more in depth and learn about one of the greatest poets. I recommend for any tourists, since it isn't crowded, and you can get an audio guide with many languages. prices are also suitable. it is free for students.

I love Pushkin. I love the museum. Rude staff, they are bit aggressive when making comments that you stay too long, too close, don't touch, don't go there, its not allowed to step on the carpet... I was unlucky to get inside along with college students. They seemed to be bored of being there and I "enjoyed" a river of rude comments of those old ladies. Nightmare! There must be a better way to protect exhibit. And take audioguade, its better...

Excellent museum. The audio guide is really good and quite emotional. A must see.

I suggest you to come here and see the last place where Alexander Pushkin leaved before his last duel. Especially this place is good in winter, because it will add you feelings of that time. You'll be impressed by huge number of things that were saved till now. And, of course, you'll get something new from the life of the great poet, who made too much, but lived not enough.

What a wonderful place to learn about Russia’s greatest poet Alexander Pushkin. This museum is located at the poet’s apartment. Visitors can only enter the museum with a tour guide or an audio guide paid for at the entrance. Inside the museum, visitors learn in detail about Pushkin and the last four months of his life and his tragic deaths.
