I do not advise the installation of heating in this organization. The installation manager Sergey is so busy that he answers calls and requests to agree on the details of work that he is currently busy. As a result, when we agreed to carry out the work, one installer arrived and was surprised to find that the list of work that the boss had told him did not match the list that I had informed him. The installer said that he alone would not have time to do everything in a day, and after much coordination by phone, the chief told the installer to curtail and leave. I have never heard from Sergey about signing an agreement with all the conditions before work. Somehow things are being done at Prometheus LLC. All in fact, with a minimum of preliminary approvals. The leader himself does everything anyhow, forgetting to clarify the full list of works and relying on the client, and the client then turns out to be extreme if something goes wrong. If you do not want to lose the whole day for nothing, then do not contact this organization.
