Good day! I am writing this review exclusively for the administration of the salon and the administrator in particular. Working in the service industry, such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. My first impression after the coated manicure was more than positive, not even from the work, but from the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the next day, most of the coating was cracked. And I had no idea that this easily fixable problem would completely ruin the whole impression of the cabin. I called, told, signed up. Answer on return visit: "It is easier for me to give you money back than to redo something. I have a client in 45 minutes." At the same time, clumsily removing the poor-quality coating, for what purpose then !? What do you think about when you propose such a way out of the situation !!! Or when you say, "I can see that you are not in tune," to justify your unwillingness to fix the coverage. Learn to be courteous with clients in any situation, because scandalous ones can also get caught! Learn to respect and at least greet the guests of the salon, rising from the couch! I really hope that you will draw conclusions from this situation, and do not repeat your mistakes in further work in relation to clients.

Great interior. She did manicure, pedicure, as well as cutting and coloring. I am very happy with everyone. Good location. Convenient large parking.
