Twice in a row, they told me on the last day that they had sent the car I had booked for repair. The first time there was a tolerable replacement available, now it is not. So think twice before making plans with this company. Or at least call them every day to make sure that everything is fine with your reservation, because they themselves are in no hurry to inform you about repairs.

Unfortunately, I put two stars of this company. Periodically took business class cars in this office. And only them. Everything suited until the last time. Lease Agreement No. SPB07190213. Passed the car on 02/08/2019. Imagine my surprise when they deducted a speeding ticket from my card without warning on January 21, 2020! So also in 100% the amount paid it to the traffic police, when it was possible with a 50% discount. To the question: where have you been all this time? Answer: there was no manager responsible for this. I asked to return 50% of the money, because it is their fault that their manager paid 100% when the actual opportunity to use the discount. I got kicked. Conclusion: it’s not about money at all, it’s a penny. The case in relation to the client. To a regular customer. To a regular customer of business class cars. Address to the company: work, comrades, on the level of service.
