Rented ski kit and booked instructor for 1.5h. BEWARE they cannot or do not want to communicate in English and issue receipts only in Russian. We were 4 pax and were charged per person for an instructor for 1.5 hours but only one instructor was appointed. Unfortunately only realised it after returning to St. Petersburg and translated invoice

Modern, nice, well organized, with many amenities. Upstair floors are very noisy, you'll wake everyone in the night. Food delivery from restaurant takes more than an hour.

This is a great resort, has everything you need, a bit tricky to get to but a taxi solves everything. They have a nice snow park, enough slopes for the region. I like it a lot there.
