A rude and unqualified staff works in this branch of the bank! Once I lost one and a half thousand rubles (interest on deposit), due to an alleged malfunction in the program. The operators and the administrator, seeing my disappointment and discontent, began to be rude and impudent !! Often, waiting for deposit operations can take up to 1.5-2 hours !! I transferred from them to the bank St. Petersburg, everything is smooth, quick and correct there.

I liked the employee Diana, who was friendly and competent. I had many encounters with the bank employees, unfortunately, the organization of work makes me want to be better, I turned to the “hot” line about the work of the bank, but alas, everything remained at the same level! And the manager said, if you don’t like it, go to another bank! For bank employees of this level, this is an inadmissible luxury!
