Church of Pokrova or Intercession of the Virgin Mary the Mother of God. It shows what skillful carpenter can do using only his axe. Two hundred years ago all rural areas of North-Eastern Russia were covered with such churches. Bogoslovka Manor, Saint Petersburg. 🇷🇺 Russian Federation 🇷🇺. Admission is free but any donation is welcomed and highly appreciated.

If you have time add it to your list. It is a nice quite tserkov’. Structure, look and feel of it is unique. You can get inside for free. Although if you want to take pictures you need a “blessing” which will cost you 50₽. Main building has a nice gift shop.

Amazing and interesting place in saint petersburg outskirts. It worths visiting since it's something unique, built in middle of forest.
